Letter: Money is no object for Sinn Féin

Letter to the Editor: The party’s house-building plan is already old news

Sinn Féin pledging €39 billion over five years for building houses if it gets into the Dáil government has the country all agog as how it’s going to happen.

The important thing to remember is that this news was imparted to us on Monday September 2 and by the following three days it was completely off the news.

Sinn Féin promises much when it reflects on issues in a panicky frame of mind, which always descends to thwart its hopes and dreams; and will invariably assure the Irish that we’re living in an economy more fitting with the coffers of Saudi Arabia.

Money is no object to the Shinners, apparently.
