Two vehicle crash in Belfast causing rush hour delays

Delays are expected with motorists advised to seek an alternative route for their journey

The Sydenham bypass in east Belfast has fully reopened following an earlier crash.

The two-vehicle collision happened on the Bangor-bound lane at the Dee Street junction during rush hour on Monday morning.

A PSNI spokesperson said: “Road users are advised that the Sydenham Bypass, which was closed earlier following a road traffic collision, has now fully re-opened."



Knock-on delays are expected in and around the area.
