Holiday airliner Jet2 has announced plans for new winter flights from Belfast International Airport to Salzburg.
The new weekly service is set to launch next year as part of Jet2′s winter 2025/26 ski programme.
The seasonal carrier said it will offer Northern Ireland skiers access to around 300 resorts in Austria from December 2025.
The announcement comes as Jet2 launches its summer 2024 programme at Belfast International.
The airline will fly to 21 different destinations across the May and October period.
Jet2 has already announced plans to operate 22 summer destinations from 2025.
Commenting on the new Salzburg service, Jet2 boss Steve Heapy said: “The feedback from customers is that they are wanting to book ahead and secure their place on the slopes for next winter.
“We are always listening to our customers and responding to what they are telling us, so have put a fantastic ski programme on sale for winter 25/26 from Belfast International Airport.
“With ski services on sale to Salzburg, we are giving skiers and snowboarders the chance to book ahead and get access to some of the best ski resorts in Austria.”
