WILSONS Auctions, the UK and Ireland’s largest independent auction company, is preparing for its monthly Land and Property Auction with lots located throughout Northern Ireland.

The auction, which will take place at Wilsons Auctions’ Belfast branch from 7.30pm on Thursday October 25, will also feature apartments in the popular ski resort of Bansko in Bulgaria.

Lots will include a charming three-bedroom stone-faced bungalow located on Ardess Road, in the small hamlet of Ardess Glebe, less than two miles from the village of Kesh on the shore of Lough Erne in Co Fermanagh. The property, with a guide price of £67,500, could be an ideal holiday home or development opportunity and is set on a substantial site with gardens to the front and side and includes an outbuilding.

Other property will include a well situated four-bedroom bay-fronted mid-terrace period property on Gray’s Hill in Bangor, Co Down. With a guide price of £75,000, this is an excellent rental investment with its location close to the town centre, Bangor Marina and railway station.

Wilsons Auctions offer a wide range of land and property, providing an all-round, hassle-free property experience from start to finish. This includes valuation to instruction, organising open viewings, handling deposits, liaising with your solicitors in preparing and distributing the legal packs to marketing, advertising and conducting the auction. With online bidding available across all of property auctions, potential buyers can bid from any location.

There are many benefits to selling property under contract at auction, namely the immediate exchange of a binding contract, a 10 per cent deposit paid by the successful bidder on the fall of the hammer and a fixed completion date. This reduces holding costs and assures a property will be sold at market value.

The Land and Property Auction will follow the Unreserved Government Auction which will feature a range of luxury items from a Jack Vettriano painting and jet-skis to high-value watches and designer goods, all of which have no reserve and will go to the highest bidder at the fall of the hammer.

A family owned business, Wilsons Auctions was formed in 1936 in Northern Ireland and has grown to become the largest independent Auction Company in the British Isles with sites in the Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales.

Viewings are available on request. For further information or to register for the auction go to www.wilsonsauctions.com, follow on Facebook @wilsonsauctionsltd or go to @wilsonsauctions on Twitter and Instagram.
