COMEDIANS will step back into the boxing ring at the Ulster Hall for charity this June as the Belfast Comedy Charity Boxing Night returns.

The event sold out in five minutes last year with money raised for the PIPS Suicide Prevention Ireland charity.

The proceeds from this year’s event, which will take place on June 26, will go to the Children’s Cancer Unit.

This year more well-known comedians will be lacing up their boxing gloves, including Shane Todd, Diona Doherty, Colin Geddis, Paddy O’Donnell and Q Radio breakfast presenter Andrew Ryan.

In the 2023 tournament comedians Ciarán Bartlett and William Thompson entertained the crowd with the former singing between fights.

Tickets go on sale on Friday March 15, priced £33 to £49.
