THE Belfast subsidiaries of Canadian engineering group SNC-Lavalin have relocated 150 staff into a new headquarters in the city.
Engineering consultancy Atkins and architectural services firm ‘Faithful + Gould’ have both moved into McAleer and Rushe’s recently refurbished building on Great Victoria Street, now known as ‘The Vantage’.
Previously occupied by the Housing Executive, the building was completely gutted and redeveloped into a modern suite of offices, which opened late last year.
Atkins along with Faithful + Gould were among the first to sign up for the new-look premises, located just across the street from the Europa bus centre.
Although part of the same group, the design teams had operated from separate locations in Belfast -Montgomery House and Old Channel Road.
The move in Belfast coincided with Atkins and Faithful + Gould relocating to new offices in both Birmingham and Glasgow.
